DIRECTOR OF HR Midland oil and gas service company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to fill an immediate position.

Candidate must meet the following qualifications. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of HR experience in the oil and gas industry.

At least five (5) years in a Manager/Supervisory level position in HR is required. Understands business drivers for areas of responsibility; identifies and implements cost effective HR solutions to meet organization strategic goals.

Has proven track record of working with executive leadership, as well as professionals at various levels in the organization. Has experience working with ADP payroll systems. Possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Has a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field. Job Duties: Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-run goals of the organization.

Provides strategic direction to the organization regarding HR programs and practices. Ensures compliance with all applicable domestic employment laws and regulations.

Designs and implements appropriate metrics to measure and monitor training, organization development, and performance management programs and initiatives. Produces results that have significant impact on costs and the achievement of function objectives or project-based goals.

Regularly manages large-scale projects/activities which involve cross-functional teams. Drives employee benefits program and ensures that it is competitive with industry standards. Handles the payroll process.
