HR/Office Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Adhere to company policies.
2. Processing new hires paperwork and orientation
3. Maintain and code expense reports for 5-10 people
4. Online Invoicing--Cortex, ADP Open Invoice.
5. Answer phone calls
6. Accounts Receivable and collections
7. Keep immediate supervisor/manager aware of any issues or problems.
8. Working Hours 8-5 Monday through Friday.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience is necessary!
2. Customer service and team oriented
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, & Outlook
5. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screening.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
2. Professional atmosphere.
